Umbilical slurry spreading moves material from the slurry store to the field applicator through a hose system, reducing reliance on repeated tanker journeys and supporting efficient application across suitable ground.

Agquip dribble bars and trailing shoes can be configured for umbilical feed operations, allowing slurry to be placed accurately at soil level or close to the roots of the silage crop. This helps reduce waste, limit contamination of grass leaves and make effective use of valuable nutrients. Agquip trailing shoes can also operate with an 800-metre reeler, offering flexibility for different field layouts and working requirements.
