Agquip Trailing Shoes

Riada Farm Machinery supplies Agquip trailing shoes for precise, low-level slurry application on farms throughout Northern Ireland and beyond. Designed to deliver a controlled volume of slurry close to the roots of the silage crop, the Agquip Trailing Shoe helps reduce waste, minimise grass-leaf contamination and make effective use of valuable nutrients.

The system can be operated with a slurry tanker or an 800-metre reeler for umbilical slurry applications, providing flexibility for different farm layouts and spreading requirements. Each outlet features a durable, injection-moulded rubber distribution boot and an expander point that creates a narrow channel immediately ahead of slurry placement. This helps keep grass leaves cleaner while directing slurry where it can be used effectively.

Flexible, kink-resistant discharge pipes are supported by sprung steel arms that maintain appropriate pressure and groove depth across uneven ground. CAD-designed profiles also promote consistent flow and dependable field performance.

Whether you are upgrading a tanker or developing an umbilical system, Riada can help you choose Agquip trailing shoe equipment suited to your farm and workload.
